A new floral inlay is the fil rouge of the table, sideboard and display case in the dining room. The motif is reproduced from a piece of embroidery found in a historical document in a London Museum archive. Tones of mandarin colour and particular bronzed paint are revealed in the finishes of the surrounding furniture, including sideboards, enhancing the delicate carvings in the solid wood.

Dining table with inlayed top with canaletto walnut, erable, ebony and maple with edge decorated with bronzed varnish, carved base with polished finish canaletto walnut tonality and decorated with bronzed varnish and lacquered mandarin.
